One of the most critical parts in basketball is my daily maintenance, I try to eat and hydrate as best as possible.


In order to recover properly and quickly, I use several products that help him stay fit, active and aware during school and workouts.



HYDRATION

On a daily basis I drink at least one of the following drinks during the day


SMOOTHIES with milk or coconut water


  • Banana, spinach, almonds, protein

  • Mango,

  • All kinds of berries

  • Cocoa powder, raw no sugar added

  • Raw unfiltered honey

  • and many other options.


SUPPLEMENTS OR FOOD TO REDUCE INFLAMATION


  • Ginger

  • Turmeric

  • Warm bath with Epson salts

  • Magnesium

  • Vitamin D

  • Salmon

  • Olive Oil


I TRY TO AVOID THE FOLLOWING TO PREVENT INFLAMMATION IN MY BODY

  • Corn (tortillas, chips)

  • Gluten

  • Refined sugars (I use Stevia, monk fruit or Pure Maple Syrup)

  • I am (I am sauce, I am beans, I am milk)
