One of the most critical parts in basketball is my daily maintenance, I try to eat and hydrate as best as possible.
In order to recover properly and quickly, I use several products that help him stay fit, active and aware during school and workouts.
HYDRATION
On a daily basis I drink at least one of the following drinks during the day
Electrolytes with Lemonade, honey or stevia- add Potassium and Magnesium

Protein- I use KaChava, Collagen Proteins and Whey Protein
