In August 2024 I started a formal diet with my nutritionist Fernanda Yunuen. Fer is helping me improve my physical and mental performance. I need to gain muscle and get less tired.
One the most critical parts in basketball is my daily maintenance, I try to eat and hydrate the best as possible.
In order to recovery properly and quick , I use several products that helps him to stay fit, active and aware during school and workouts.
HYDRATION
On a daily basis I drink at least one of the following drinks during the day
Electrolytes with Lemonade, honey or stevia- add Potassium and Magnesium

Coconut water
Protein- I use KaChava, Collagen Proteins and Whey Protein
Natural pineapple water with salt and raw honey- blend
Natural green juices
Watermelon

I TRY TO AVOID THE FOLLOWING TO PREVENT INFLAMATION IN MY BODY

Soy (soy sauce, soy beans, soy milk)
Canola oils
